General Conditions

All prices are FOB Savannah, Ga., USA, unless otherwise stated. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges, fund transfer fees, duties, forwarding, taxes, etc. are the responsibility of purchaser. We reserve the right to incorporate our latest revisions on products under order. We carefully inspect all merchandise prior to shipment. Your order should be checked immediately upon arrival for damage or short shipment. Any shipping damage must be reported immediately to the freight company and to Crown Ltd. Delay will make any claim impossible. All boxes and packing materials must be saved for inspection in the event an shipping insurance claim or initial quality issue must be settled. Failure to do so will result in claim being denied.

Terms

Each product is built and customized to fill your exact order requirement; therefore, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required before your order begins production. Full payment is required to begin work on all custom projects and all orders scheduled for shipment within 45 days of your order date. Customers order balance due is required within 14 days of when Crown Ltd notifies customer that Crown's part of the order is nearing completion regardless of delays encountered on the customers end including vessel completion delays, finalizing upholstery decisions, determining table weights, choosing pedestal heights and other decisions that may hold up our completion of your order. Delays in timely payment of your order balance will cause daily charges based on 24% per annum for interest, insurance and storage to be incurred on all unpaid balances. Orders left past 6 months will be considered abandoned and customers deposit fully forfeited. Full payment is required before any shipment is made. All sales are final.
