General Conditions

All prices are FOB Savannah, Ga., USA, unless otherwise quoted. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges, duties, forwarding, taxes, etc. are the responsibility of purchaser. We reserve the right to incorporate the latest revisions on all products under order. We carefully inspect all merchandise prior to shipment. Your order should be checked immediately upon arrival for damage or short shipment. Any problems must be reported immediately to the freight company and to Crown Ltd. Delay will make any claim impossible. All boxes and packing materials should be saved for inspection in the event an insurance claim or a warranty return becomes necessary.

Terms

Each product is customized just for you; therefore, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required before your order goes into production. The balance is required before shipment is made. All sales are final. Full payment is required at time of order for all custom projects and for orders scheduled for shipment within 30 days of order date.
