Limited Warranty

Crown Ltd offers a limited one year warranty on all products we manufacture from the date of shipment from our plant. This warranty covers the repair or replacement at Crown Ltd’s option of any product proven to be defective in workmanship or materials. Products must be returned to Crown Ltd for evaluation prior to claim consideration. Transportation costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of customer.

Exceptions

• No warranty claims will be allowed due to unauthorized modifications, inappropriate use, signs of abuse, normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper service, or issues resulting from failure to comply with preventative maintenance procedures.
• Leather is a natural product and has markings that will be visible in the finished product. Character marks and stretch lines are considered part of the normal patina of leather. Varied tanning processes, humidity, or temperature variations can cause leather to relax, stretch, puddle, soil, change in appearance and are not covered by our limited warranty.
• Work we performed on customer supplied materials and certain customer specified materials.
• Electroplated parts are not warranted.

This warranty are in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied.
