Limited Warranty
Crown Ltd offers a Limited One Year Warranty from the date of shipment from our plant on all products it manufactures.
Crown Ltd offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the first owner on structural stainless steel parts, but only if Limited Lifetime Warranty Registration information is fully completed and received by Crown Ltd within 120 days of product's shipment from our plant.
These limited warranties cover the repair or replacement at Crown Ltd’s option of any product it manufactures that is proven to be defective in workmanship or materials. All products must be returned to Crown Ltd for evaluation before warranty claim is decided. All transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer. These warranties are in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied.
Exceptions
- No warranty claims will be allowed due to unauthorized modifications, inappropriate uses for which product was not intended to be used, signs of abuse, normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper service or failure to comply with recommended preventative maintenance procedures.
- Leather is a natural product that will have natural character marks, varied tanning processes and finishes. These issues coupled with environmental conditions such as moisture, spills, oils, heat, sun light and temperature variations can cause leather to stretch, shrink, soil, fade or change in appearance. These are conditions which we can not control and are therefore not covered by our warranty.
- Work performed on customer supplied materials and certain customer specified materials are not warranted as we have no control over the appropriateness of selected materials for specified use.
- Electroplated parts are not warranted.
Limited Lifetime Warranty Registration
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty is for first product owners only. You must register with Crown Ltd within 120 days of products shipment from our plant in order to quality for this this expanded warranty coverage.
