LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
At Crown LTD, we make every attempt to manufacture the absolute highest quality products. We stand behind everything that leaves our facility, and we are proud to offer the industry’s best warranty policy. Everything that we make is backed by a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser-consumer for any product that fails in performance due to defective design, materials, and/or assembly. This warranty covers repair or replacement costs and freight back to the original purchaser-consumer; however, exceptions to this policy exist, as indicated below.
Crown LTD is happy to provide prompt, high-quality repair services for all warranty claims. This warranty does not apply to components not originally manufactured by Crown LTD, including, but not limited to, gas springs, electronics and upholstery. Lead times and prices of components not covered by our warranty (eg. Gas springs, actuators, control circuits, wiring harnesses, upholstery, et al) will be quoted for and replaced expeditiously upon customer approval.
This warranty is voided if Crown LTD determines any unauthorized disassembly, modification or repair by anyone other than Crown LTD, unless expressively indicated in writing. Any damage caused by misuse, overloading, faulty or incorrect installation, damage of components due to corrosive cleaners or lubricants, exposure to corrosive environments not incorporated into the original design specifications, and failure to provide proper care and maintenance will void this warranty.
Unless expressly indicated in writing, Crown LTD will operate as the exclusive repair agent for any warranty claims. In order to obtain assistance with any product, the original purchaser-consumer must contact Crown LTD in writing to warranty@crownltd.com, provide proof of original purchase, photos of the product in-situ, pay for insured shipping and handling back to Crown LTD, and ensure that the product is appropriately packed.
